Something in a different style. This is painted in acryl gouache – an opaque acrylic paint. It shows the monthly ‘Treacle Market’ in the Market Place in front of Macclesfield Town hall and Parish Church. The market on the last Sunday of the month has over 160 stalls of crafts, gourmet food and drink, and vintage goods.
